• Outer covering is of stainless steel with rock wool insulation.
• Machine Frame will be painted or coated to prevent rusting.
• Solenoid  valve provided to automatic shutting down of gas burners during power failure.
• Ignition of the oven burners is controlled from separate switch provided on the control panel.
• The baking oven is fitted with canopy which removes extra heat from the oven to improve the quality of chapatti.
